Author: AHHH! You have afflicted by a virus, now what do you do? The first question is, you have an antivirus program? If you do not, you jump to # 1 below. If you have an antivirus program, please skip to Step 2 below.
First I do not have an antivirus program and I do not want to walk into the store and pay for one.
You are my kind of people why buy something that is free? There are three very good free anti-virus programs out there, they are AVG, Avira and Avast and they can be downloaded from the website business. Just do a Google search for “AVG Free” or “free Avira ‘and you should find it, or click on my link below and find it on my download page. You can download and install one of these programs completely free. Once you install, you just need your computer, remove viruses it finds, reboot and rescan. I always recommend two or three scans just to make sure that you clean all viruses. If you have never installed or updated an antivirus program and you have doubts about your ability, there are how-to videos available on the Web. You can find videos on YouTube or on the link below.
